Image Gallery QR Code Generator

Upload your photos, give the gallery a title and download a QR Code for print. One scan opens every picture at once, and any of them fills the screen with a tap.

Image gallery QR Code

What an image gallery QR Code is and how it works

An image gallery QR Code is a code with your own page of photos behind it: a title, a couple of lines about what matters and a button at the top, the pictures themselves below. People point a camera at it and scroll through the whole set on their phone — large, and in the order you chose.

VIEW PHOTOS
The page does the layout itself: two vertical photos in a row sit side by side, a horizontal one takes the full width.
What people see
  1. 1
They point a camera at the code

On a flyer, a sign or a label — the phone’s built-in camera is enough.

  2. 2
    They see your gallery

A header with the title and a button, then your photos in the order you set.

  3. 3
    They enlarge a photo

One tap opens it full screen; a swipe moves on through the rest of the set.

What you need in the generator
PhotographsJPG, PNG or WEBP — drop in a whole batch at once or paste an image; the arrows beside each photo change the order.
Gallery title and descriptionA heading and a couple of lines in the header that say what the house, the event or the collection is about.
Colour paletteReady-made combinations for the header and the button — from midnight blue to sand.
Button and websiteOptional. The button in the header goes wherever you point it, and the website address sits at the bottom of the page.
The gallery is stored in your account — which is why this QR Code is always dynamic

Photos can be added, removed and reordered even after printing: flyers and signs open the same gallery, already updated. Your account also shows how many times it has been opened, and the code settings hold a password and an expiry date.

Comparison

What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR Code?

The same pattern on paper — different options once it is printed.

Static QR URL Analytics
  • A static code is tied to its link for good, and that link cannot be changed.
  • Analytics are not available for codes like this either.
Dynamic QR URL 1 URL 2 PDF Menu Analytics
  • The link or the file the code leads to can be changed at any moment.
  • Analytics show the number of scans, the countries and the devices.
  • You can set a password, an expiry date and a limit on how many people it lets in.

Styling

A QR Code in your brand colours

Add a logo, your brand colours and the shape of the elements — and the QR Code becomes part of your design on packaging, in a menu, on a business card or in a shop window.

What you can set in the editor above
  • Logo — upload your own file.
  • Colours — set the code, the background or a gradient.
  • Shape and eyes — choose the shape of the elements.
  • Frame — add a caption and set the style.
  • Preset — save the styling for your next QR Codes.
Where to use it

Where an image gallery QR Code works best

Wherever one photo is not enough but the paper only has room for one: a listing, an invitation, a business card, a label. The set lives behind the code and is updated in your account, while the paper stays as it is.

Rentals and property for sale

A sign by the gate, a listing at the agent’s, a card in the room: the code shows the rooms, the courtyard and the view from the window up close, and the button in the header leads to booking. Once the house is let or sold, the same signs move on to the next property and the gallery gets new photos. Directions to the very door come from a Google Maps QR Code.

FOR RENT

Weddings and celebrations

The code goes on the invitation or the place card: at first the gallery holds a few photos of the couple, and after the day the photographer’s shots are added — guests open them with the same code. The wedding film is better handed over through a video QR Code.

A portfolio of your work

Photographer, tattoo artist, florist, interior designer: a business card has room for one piece of work, while the code holds your best twenty, large and in the order you pick. For the phone number and email alongside, use a business card QR Code.

Products and collections

On a tag, in a catalogue or on a shop display: the item from every side, in a room setting and on a model, with a “Buy” button that leads to the online shop. When a new collection arrives the photos change, while the signs on the displays stay as they are.

Exhibitions and tours

A sign by an exhibit or along a route shows what did not fit into the room: archive photos, details up close, how it looked before restoration. Visitors look through them standing right next to the original.

Before you print

Scroll through the gallery before the code is printed

Lead with the strongest shot

The top photo sits right under the header, and it decides whether people keep scrolling.

Keep the subject near the centre

On the page a photo’s edges may be cropped to fit its frame; it shows in full once opened.

Vertical photos in pairs

Two in a row sit side by side, a single one takes the full width. If a pair does not come together, reorder the photos.

Press the button yourself

“Book a stay” should lead to the booking page, not to the home page of the site.

Questions and answers

Common questions about image gallery QR Codes

The short version of what people ask most: how many photos fit, how to change them after printing, who can see the gallery and what happens to quality.

No answer here? Write to us
How do I make a QR Code for an image gallery?
Add your photos to the generator above — a whole batch can be dragged in at once — fill in the title and description, and choose a header colour. The phone beside the form shows the future page straight away; all that is left is to generate the code and download it.
How many photos can one gallery hold?
Up to 32, on every plan alike; the counter sits right above the list of photos. A bigger set is easier to split into several galleries — by room, by day of the event or by collection — and each one gets its own code and its own statistics.
Which image formats work, and will the quality suffer?
JPG, PNG and WEBP. There is no need to shrink camera photos beforehand: the site prepares them for the screen itself, keeping their proportions — they open sharp across a full phone screen, and the page loads faster.
Can I change the photos after the QR Code is printed?
Yes. In “My QR Codes”, press the “Edit gallery” pencil next to the code: add new photos, remove the ones you no longer need or change the order — then save. The printed code still leads to the same page; there are simply different photos on it now.
Do people need an app to view the gallery?
No — the gallery opens in the browser the phone already has. A tap enlarges a photo and a swipe turns to the next one; on a computer the arrows do the same, both on screen and on the keyboard.
Do I need an account for an image gallery QR Code?
Yes: the photos are kept in your account, which is also where the gallery is edited later and where you see how many times it was opened. The sign-up window opens by itself when you press the button to create the code.
Who can see my gallery, and can I password-protect it?
Anyone with the code or its short link can open it, and pages like this stay out of Google search. For a private set, add a password in the code settings; the same settings can give the gallery an end date and cap how many visitors it lets in.
How are the photos laid out on the page?
By themselves, according to their shape: horizontal photos take the full width, and two vertical ones in a row sit side by side. To show vertical photos one per row as well, switch on “Vertical photographs across the full width” above the list of photos.
Can I add a button and a website link to the gallery?
Yes, both fields are optional. A button with its own label goes into the header under the description — “Book a stay”, “Buy”, “Sign up” — and the website address appears at the very bottom, after the last photo.
How is this better than a link to a shared cloud folder?
A folder shows files — with names like IMG_2041 and download icons. A gallery shows photographs: large, in your order, under a title and with the very button the person scanned for.
Can I see how many times the gallery was opened?
Yes, in the code’s statistics — scans day by day. For a rental listing that is a direct hint at how many people were genuinely interested in the house rather than just walking past the sign.
